Returns (damaged, defective or incorrect products) must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise and will be eligible for replacement of the original item or store credit. All returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging with tags. We recommend that customers inspect new products immediately to ensure prompt service. Our team typically responds to return requests within 3 business days.PLEASE NOTE: All monogrammed or personalized items are not eligible for returns. Seasonal items are considered final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from receipt of merchandise. All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
