Personalized items have a processing time of 7 days, and an approximate shipping time of an additional 7 days. Shipped packages will arrive in around 14 days.

Returns (damaged, defective or incorrect products) must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise and will be eligible for replacement of the original item or store credit. All returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging with tags. We recommend that customers inspect new products immediately to ensure prompt service. Our team typically responds to return requests within 3 business days.

• Seasonal items are considered final sale.
